How much does it cost to book the cart?

Are you licensed and insured?

● Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, and happy to provide documentation upon request—especially for venues that require it.

Can you operate indoors and outdoors?

● Yes. Our cart is designed to work beautifully in both indoor and outdoor settings, weather permitting.

What's included in your service?

● All we need from you is space to set up, one standard wall outlet for each cart, and a site contact person to greet our barista when they arrive.

● For every event, we provide:

○ A full coffee shop menu of hot and iced espresso drinks

○ Professional barista(s)

○ Stylish mobile coffee cart(s)

○ Professional Italian espresso machine(s)

○ All other necessary service equipment (coffee grinder, etc)

○ Freshly roasted coffee beans

○ Cups and lids

○ Condiments and stir sticks

○ Extension cord

● All price quotes include beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown, and taxes.

Do you require a deposit to book?

● Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your event and allow us to begin the necessary planning and preparations. The remaining 50% balance is due 5 days prior to your event date.

● This ensures your date is reserved and gives us time to deliver the elevated service your event deserves.

Do you serve alternative milks?

● Yes, we serve whole milk and oat milk as part of our standard offerings.

● If you have specific preferences or dietary needs, additional milk alternatives (such as almond, soy, or coconut) can be included in your custom menu upon request
